Everything is going digital. It seems that more and more companies are realizing the importance of real estate in promotional products, instead of having one static imprint why not have an animated digital message in your promotional item? More customization can be done when it done digitally. For example USB Drives have a flash screen that pops up every time you insert it in a computer. Portable screen printed mp3 players have the ability to program message in the display screen and don’t forget about the other non digital but electric promotional products for example paper thin signs that can ne applied to the side of a car, light up necklaces, digital cameras that imprint your logo on each picture you take. Also digital business cards, postcards and other handouts are not far from become main stream with the entire world, they say we live in the digital age witch I believe we’re not all there but it’s jus around the corner. Just the other I was driving down the freeway here in Southern California and notice that a couple of the traditional billboards have been converted into digital billboards, so now instead of showing one ad for a month they’re should multiple ads while you drive pass them. Also I’ve seen video ads or posters placed at the malls that even have sound.
Keep and eye open for what it hot and unique, but remember that traditional ways will continue to work best for example sales calls & meetings. Remember traditional promotional products will forever stay the same like screen printed pens, garments and brochures.
